Quickly slide them into the uprights of your power rack like a J-cup, flip them into place, and securely lock them with a clevis quick-release pin. These safeties, made from heavy-duty, 11-gauge steel, have a capacity of 1,000lbs for the 5000 Series. The 5000 Series feature liners along the C-cups to protect your uprights.
